Tailor-made solutions
We create the films you need through our in-house R&D capabilities, customizing colour, thickness, flexibility, width, embossing, and chemical composition to your exact specifications. We can even add scent options to your product (e.g. mattress covers).
Our versatile production capabilities include coating woven, non-woven, maliwatt and fiberglass materials, as well as a dedicated production line for laminating PVC onto paper or aluminum, and laminating multiple synthetic materials together. Lamination, varnishing and embossing are done on a separate, dedicated production line.
You can rely on us to make your product in a variety of materials, including PVC, TPO, PP, PE, PU, Polyolefins, Biopolymers or recycled materials. We are equipped to offer you rolls slit to your desired width. Operations such as cutting, perforation, flamelamination are also possible. Through collaboration with other Sioen group companies, we offer products including shaped artificial leather, custom-cut luggage covers, and ultrasonically welded films.
ECO options available
Weʼre committed to reducing environmental impact and your Total Carbon Footprint through innovative eco-friendly options. Our production capabilities include calendered fabrics made from recuperated PVC, giving new life to recycled materials while maintaining superior performance standards.
For applications requiring end-of-life disposal, we manufacture biodegradable products including body bags and big bags that break down naturally. Additionally, our phthalate-free PVC foils eliminate toxic plasticizers, creating safer products for both users and the environment.
